Meet Leia — Founder of FNA Fit, rider, athlete, and the coach behind the Equestriform™ Method.

I’m a wife, a mom, a multi-business CEO, and a lifelong horsewoman who built strength out of necessity — in the gym, in the arena, and in every hard season life handed me. Between raising kids, running companies, managing a farm, and rebuilding myself through postpartum, thyroid struggles, injury, and major life transitions, I learned one thing very clearly:
Strength isn’t something you find.
It’s something you build — one rep, one ride, one choice at a time.
My coaching blends NASM-based science, powerbuilding, mobility, and equestrian biomechanics with the mindset and discipline that horses have taught me my entire life. I believe in training the human the same way we train the horse: with clarity, intention, consistency, and connection.
I don’t coach from a pedestal — I coach from lived experience.
From the trenches.
From knowing what it feels like to start over, to push through, to rise again.
My mission is simple: to guide riders, athletes, and everyday people toward stronger bodies, clearer minds, and deeper connection — in and out of the saddle. I believe strength is for everyone, and every person deserves the chance to rise, rebuild, and reclaim their power through intentional training and unwavering support.
Whether you’re coming back from a setback, stepping into a new season, or leveling up your performance, my purpose is to coach you with structure, grit, and genuine belief in your potential.
If you’re ready to rise — in your strength, your riding, and your life — I’m here to walk that path with you.
