I offer two ways to train with me:

1. Reps to Reins is my signature strength-to-saddle system inside FNA Fit—Built on the foundations of the Equestriform Method which is designed to bridge the gap between the gym and the arena. This program delivers structured, progressive strength workouts, rider-specific mobility and core stability training, arena application guidance, and weekly accountability coaching to ensure your work in the gym transfers directly to your performance in the saddle.
You’ll receive a clear training roadmap, movement demos, mindset support, and performance tracking tools plus a the support of my equine community to help you along the way. So you’re not just working out—you’re training with purpose.
